Half-Marathon Training - Week #4

It's only the third week, and I missed a day!
Bad me!
Here is my schedule for this week:
SUN - off
MON - 7 x 800m
TUE - off
WED - 40-60 min
THU - off
FRI - 40-60 min
SAT - 25 min
