PTI Make it Monday

This weeks MIM challenge was to customize a background. Here is my background before and after:


And here is my final card:


I used the PTI Birthday tag stamp set. I love this set for making tags. This is the first time I've used it for a card.

    Too cute! I need to go through my stash to see if I have this darling cupcake image. Worked perfectly inside those colorful dots, and medallion!
