Half-Marathon Training - Week #2

I made all my goals last week.
Here is my schedule for this week:
SUN - off
MON - 5 x 800m (interval training)
TUE - off
WED - 40-60min (pace)
THU - off
FRI - 1 mile time trial + 3 miles
SAT - 25 min (easy)
