This morning, I did my first long run in over two weeks... 10 miles at Dana Point Harbor. I'm already sore, but it's a muscle sore... not that pesky iliopsoas. Three more weeks until the race. I don't know if it's possible to train for a half-marathon in three weeks, but I'm going to do my best (without getting hurt again).
Joni, good for you and that long run!!! I hope everything is okay for that half marathon.
